You already have a have a great life. You just need the clarity and resources in order to make it BETTER. I have over 20 years of clinical experience, and I know what works and what doesn't. We will work in conjunction to create change, quickly and effectively.

I currently follow a telehealth model, which provides both convenience and flexibility, from the location of your choosing. Telehealth sessions work just like regular therapy. All you need is a working device, a private space to feel comfortable, and a strong internet connection.
