Telehealth Services
I use a collaborative, relational, and evidence-based approach. Together, we look at the patterns, stressors, and relationships that may be keeping you stuck, while also paying attention to the broader factors that support your well-being. When it is helpful, I may also consider sleep, nutrition, and exercise as part of the picture.
In your first session, we will slow things down and focus on what brings you to therapy, what you hope to change, and what support feels most helpful. I will ask thoughtful questions, listen carefully, and begin shaping a plan that fits your goals.
