Telehealth
Therapy Model
Not every therapist works the same way—and I’m not a typical therapist. My approach is direct, collaborative, and designed to help you create meaningful change. You already have a good life; you’re simply looking for the clarity, support, and practical tools to make it even better.
With more than 20 years of clinical experience, I understand what works and what doesn’t. Together, we’ll focus on strategies that create effective, lasting change without unnecessary complexity or drawn‑out processes.
I currently offer telehealth psychotherapy, providing flexibility and convenience from the comfort of your chosen space. Telehealth sessions function just like traditional therapy—you only need a private, comfortable environment, a reliable device, and a strong internet connection. This model allows you to access high‑quality, evidence‑based care no matter where you are.
My telehealth practice focuses on:
Anxiety — chronic stress, worry, and emotional overwhelm
Depression — evidence-based support for low mood and emotional exhaustion
Relationships — communication, trust, and connection challenges for individuals and couples
Narcissistic Abuse Recovery (NPD-related relationships) — healing from relationships involving narcissistic personality dynamics
Personal Development — building self-awareness, resilience, and lasting change
Where I can treat:
Licensed in California (21342), New Mexico (PSY-2026-0057), New York (028174), Oregon (4217), and Tennessee (3891). PSYPACT certified (13825) to practice in most states — full information can be found at the official PSYPACT map.
